The reaction I got from this was, “this was some of the best chocolates I’ve ever eaten, and brings back memories from my childhood”. I swear, whenever I get something like that, I really feel happy and fulfilled. It’s like, WHOA, REALLY? ARE YOU SERIOUS?

These are some of the first truffles I’ve ever made, and I remember just how fun it was, it was through these that I learned desserts can be healthy!

Spoon the mixture out into a bowl and use your hands to shape them into little balls. You may need to knead for a couple of minutes before it forms into the shape.

Put the shredded coconut on a small bowl and roll the balls thoroughly across it.
