But I really wanted to make these amazing tasting crackers that are also super healthy! It is rarer for me to make salty crackers, but hey, I’ve got avocados and stuff to spare, so that would be an excellent topping for the crackers.

You can use them as breads, crackers, put veggies and stuff in between, make a sauce/dip to make the crackers more flavourful. Do whatever you like and don’t forget to be creative. They can also be taken as a snack to school or work.

The time it takes to cook these crackers may very well depend on your oven and thickness. So, the best thing is always check. If you find that parts on the side is darkening, take them out first so they don’t burn and allow the middle to bake longer.

Serving Suggestions: Diced tomatoes, humus, avocado (with lemon juice, salt and pepper), hot sauce, mustard, salsa. (Though my favourite way of having these crackers are on their own because there’s so much flavour, and I wouldn’t want anything else to cover it!)
