Chocolate Nut Cups with Cherry Coconut Topping


I must have dug a goldmine when I discovered cherries can be made into jam and used as a sweetener. The only real pain is to pit them because they can be so hard to take out, and it takes ages to do a big batch. But, it’s sure worth it.

I think I got inspired to make this remembering in the old days, there was this candy bar thing with cherries and coconut in the middle. I don’t even remember the name, but I’m here to healthify any food I can think of, so I want to try making this. Continue reading
