Seedy Raspberry and Blueberry Smoothie

I’ve been meaning to do some smoothies for a while but OMG these days, berries are so expensive. I blame the curse of the winter for the reason why they’re so rare right now!

But OMG! Today, I just learned something today about blueberries…

There are two types, or maybe more… At least two, one is wild, and the other is cultivated. The wild ones are smaller but the flesh actually looks purple, while the other ones seem to have a different colour. I must investigate more about this but it’s fascinating!

This smoothie is pretty sweet. If you prefer it less sweet, as sometimes the sweetness may be overpowering if you’re not used to it, I would suggest that you add a little more unsweetened almond milk. It would of course also make the smoothie a little more watery as well.
