I’m Susan, and I love eating. I love eating so much that I completely almost destroyed my health once up on a time, by eating mostly bad foods, until I started getting all types of side effects, such as headaches and heart palpitations. Today, I eat mostly a vegan diet, and I’m thriving on it. I feel so much healthier and happier than ever. Best of all, I have learned that eating vegan is just as enjoyable as anything else, yet at the same time, I try and make my foods as nourishing as they could be.
My Food philosophy:
Eating should be enjoyable and nourishing. We should eat for health and nothing else.
One of the things I have always wanted to do was to make a difference. If I could use one of my experience, good or bad, to help someone else, then I feel that my life is worthwhile. This is what I truly feel my purpose is.
