Chocolate Buttery Toast

Chocolate Buttery Toast

Another super easy recipe I’d like to share, or actually, it’s more like an idea and you can easily make it for yourselves, whenever you like it, and it does not take long at all, if you have a toaster.

I thought of this when I was looking for a great spread to put on my bread, and I remember seeing a jar of chocolate coconut butter in the stores. I thought, why not try to add the ingredients separately!

So next time you’re cooking up some appetizers, serve these up and I’m sure everyone will be very excited!

Chocolate Buttery Toast

Whole wheat/rye bread slices
Coconut oil (solid)
Pure maple syrup
Cacao or carob powder

Toast the bread with a toaster oven, a toaster or oven so that it’s nice and crispy. Use a butter knife to spread on some solid coconut oil, then drizzle some maple syrup and spread it even, and lastly, sprinkle the cacao/carob powder on top and eat it right away.
